mahjong bridge

let's start this entry by thanking this kind soul who shared her umbrella with our dear smo, in the wet skies of november, even though she was heading for plaza sing while smo was to meet me at the park mall bus stop. yay! then the rain wasn't that heavy after a while. smo n i took a taxi from the bus stop. hee. funny huh? and very shortly we were at ra's place -- the purple building.

and i got it right again. 8th floor. but it's no fun anymore cos i'm getting it right these days. maybe we should come to my place, and everyone will get confused all over again which floor my place is. :D ra was alone at home. as usual song was the last to arrive. yup, that's the pres' air. the pres is never late, the others are just early. i think i got that from princess' diaries? robs at missions' camp, and fluff's in school. [cue for everyone to laugh.. hahaha] and the nice reindeer that we got for ra's birthday is bouncing away at ra's sis' room. so nice.

mahjong table's ready, snacks' out, and everyone got their drinks. smo took a speed course on mahjong from song and i, and she graduated after 15 minutes. wow, and to think we don't see that effect with mugging! 2 hours of mahjong plus munching, and we switched to bridge. yay! we tried so hard to play a proper game of bridge, but i guess we simply can't, with ra looking at song's cards, and all the conspiracy between them even out front. then we tried keeping ra's hamster [nameless] enclosed in mahjong tiles. who's cruel idea was that? everyone's guilty. :( and then ra told us the sorry fate of fattybombom at robs' place years ago. it was a really sad story, but all song could offer was tears from all the laughing. and we all couldn't really figure out the joke behind all that. hmph.

last thing i did before we left was to write song her birthday note on her birthday card that ra and i got her long long time ago. belated. and the card said something like happy 7th birthday. yup, song you have many years ahead. grow smarter and shorter k.
